Terms of sale

Template terms for a UK online shop. Have them checked by a solicitor or trading standards adviser before you rely on them.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from Haunted TCG (Devon, United Kingdom), contact: hello@hauntedtcg.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email after payment. If an item sells out elsewhere before we can ship it, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

4. Condition and descriptions

Items are described as accurately as we can. Conditions follow the usual collector scale. Photos are of the actual item where shown. Sealed product is sold as factory sealed; we can't guarantee the contents of any sealed product.

5. Delivery

See shipping & returns. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them as described on the shipping & returns page. Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned at our cost.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
