Shipping & returns

Postage

We currently post to UK addresses only by Royal Mail. Postage is worked out automatically in your basket based on what you're buying:

• Singles and small items: Large Letter (2nd class).
• Graded slabs and higher-value orders: Tracked.
• Boxes and bulky sealed product: Parcel.

Orders are packed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). You'll get an email with tracking when your parcel is posted.

How we pack

Singles go in a penny sleeve and toploader, sealed in a team bag, with stiff card either side. Slabs and boxes are wrapped and padded so nothing moves in the box.

Problems with your order

If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, message us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can cancel and return unused items within 14 days of receiving them (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations). Items must come back in the same condition, well protected, and you pay the return postage unless the item was faulty. We refund to your original payment method once the return arrives and is checked.

Sealed product that has been opened can't be returned. Please use tracked postage for returns; we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
